Trying something new

Well then…here I am, trying something new in my ripe old age of 28.  Ok, so I may not be that old, but I sure as hell feel that way most of the time with all the living I’ve done in my short years.  Regardless, someone suggested blogging to me, and after checking out a couple others, maybe it’s not really what I had imagined. 

 I am one of those types that keeps a couple really close friends that I consider family, rather than tons of friends that would probably be defined as aquaintences.  Unfortunately, in my lifetime of moving and traveling, my family has been scattered to the four corners of the earth and regular communication is difficult enough without figuing in the various time zones.  So I s’pose, for the day to day, I will be here to share my life with all that care to read.  Besides that, I can’t say I’m an artist, but I love to draw, and I can’t say I’m a photographer, but I love to take pictures, and I can’t say I’m a writer, but I have been known to throw some words on paper…SO, every now and again, maybe I will add my dabblings to my blogging to share my passions along with my world.
